I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body — to struggle with confidence, hormones, stress, or the frustration of starting over. I’ve been there myself.
Along the way, I also saw where so many programs and coaches get it wrong — pushing extreme diets, endless cardio, or unsustainable training methods that often lead to burnout, rebound weight gain, and a cycle that leaves women feeling even more defeated.
That experience is what led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, while continuing to learn from top coaches around the world and pushing my own limits through training and competition. Through that journey, I discovered not only what truly works — but also why so many programs fail women.
