I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your body, to struggle with confidence, hormones, stress, or the frustrations of starting over. I've been through it myself, and along the way I've also seen where many coaches get it wrong: pushing unsustainable diets, extreme training, or quick fixes that only lead to burnout, rebound weight gain, or even insulin resistance.
That's why I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, and gained experience working with top coaches worldwide while competing myself. Through that, I learned not just what works - but also where many programs fail women, and how important it is to train and fuel the body in a way that supports hormones, prevents rebound and burnout.
I created Her Body Rebuild to give women the proper training and nutrition support they deserve - a system designed to restore hormone balance, rebuild body composition and bring back your energy and confidence so you can live your best life!
